Do I need insurance to rent from Easy Concierge Services?

When Reserving a Vehicle froms us the renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all 50 states. American Express offers “Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period. If the active driver does not have insurance we may be able to cover the driver depending on the license. 

Insurance would not be Required for any other services.

Does Easy Concierge Services Require a Security Deposit?

Yes, When making future reservations we require a security deposit. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle,Yatch,Boat, or home and can range anywhere from $1,000 – $7,000. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an onsite evaluation, and deduct it from your deposit.

What kinds of payment does Easy Concierge  Accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are accepted if delivered to us 7-10 days before rental reservations. There can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtained during a rental.

How old do I have to be to rent a car from Easy Concierge Rentals?

With a valid, I'd you must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

Can I add another driver?

Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (25yrs old), full coverage insurance, and a clean driving record.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Once a reservation is made with Easy Concierge Services we authorize your Deposit for a non-refundable 20%-40% of the total rental cost. Also, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.

Fuel, Driving Tickets, Parking Tickets, and Red Light

All Vehicles Must be returned with the same amount of gas the vehicle was given to you. Failure to follow will be deducted from the deposit. 

Driving tickets:

Each driver is responsible for their own driving citations and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle:

Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

Can I return my car a day or more early?

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. 

Can I get a car for just a 1-day rental on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday?

 We have a 2 day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non-guaranteed 1 day rental on weekends depending on availability.

Can I go anywhere with Easy Concierge Services vehicles or Charter?

You are not allowed to leave the state of Florida. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed 

 

  • for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity

  • to exceed any posted speed limits

  • in any racetrack or road course

  • by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire

  • to push or tow anything

  • to teach anyone to drive

  • on any unpaved surface

  • Charters tend to have a park by an island around the Miami Downtown area

 

Does Easy Concierge Services deliver their cars?

Delivery fee Will be $100 (1-way) 

Fee may differ depending on location outside of Miami

At what times can you guys deliver/pick up my rental?

We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever-changing schedule and those last-minute trips.  

How long does it take to get my car delivered?

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
